Intellectual Property Licensing Overview

All Intellectual Property (IP) submitted, created, or shared through XoxoSimplySamantha and its sub-brands is protected under IP law.

1. Ownership

• All ideas, frameworks, innovations, and creative works presented remain the sole property of Samantha Phimmasone / Simply Samantha Holding, LLC, unless otherwise negotiated through a signed licensing agreement.

2. Licensing Structure

• One-Time Use: Companies may license specific IP for limited, non-transferable use. Terms include a flat rate and no long-term royalty or advisory connection.

• Multi-Year Use: Custom IP packages available for broader or longer implementations (typically 24-36 months). Includes payment structure, optional royalties, and additional add-ons.

• Foundational Partnership Offers: Only made once. Includes implementation discounts and extended onboarding access in exchange for being a first adopter.

3. Requesting a License All requests for licensing must go through our intake form (see Contact Us). Approved requests will receive a proposal with terms, fees, and next steps. All IP remains protected until a signed agreement is in place.

4. Misuse or Unauthorized Use All IP has been timestamped and documented on multiple platforms for proof of creation. Any use without consent will be pursued legally.
