I don't come in to criticize your team. I come in to find the gaps they couldn't see not because they weren't looking, but because you can't map what your brain has already learned to navigate around. I find those invisible friction points, document them, and hand you a ready-built roadmap to fix them. The vulnerability report and the patch, already written.

That's not consulting. That's IP licensing and the difference matters.

I'm Samantha, founder of Simply Samantha Holdings LLC and the creator behind XoXoSimplySamantha.com.

Over the years I've built a portfolio of 50+ original frameworks spanning consumer tech, AI UX, fintech, transportation, healthcare, veteran infrastructure, hardware, and federal and civic systems. Every single one started the same way: I saw a gap that wasn't being addressed, mapped the solution, and documented it before anyone asked me to.

This work was built independently. It predates corporate contact and it was built on one core belief: real problems deserve real solutions, priced so that fixing them costs you less than leaving them alone.

Why companies miss what I find

Internal teams are talented. I mean that. But talent doesn't protect you from proximity. When you've lived inside your product long enough, your brain stops registering the friction — it fills in the gaps automatically. This is especially true in accessibility and UX, where the experience of a product varies so dramatically depending on who's using it and how.

Your team built from their experience. That's not a failure — it's human. But it means there are users whose experience of your product you've never had to navigate, and gaps you genuinely cannot see from where you're standing.

I identify where users lose the thread. Where your product assumes knowledge they don't have. Where the interface works perfectly for the person who designed it and quietly fails everyone else. And then I hand you the solution not a recommendation, not a retainer, not a vague strategic roadmap.
